Hi there,
I do not see any history of a domain purchase under your account. What is the URL of the domain that was purchased with us?

Hi there,
I found the domain in our records and it is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. Do you have access to another account?
-
I posted on here because I would like my PIN number, but when I go to view it I get a 404 error page. Please help as we purchased our domain with WordPress, but yet you purchased it from Wildwestdomains. So basically WordPress is just a re-seller??

I’m an administrator for the account. I don’t understand what you are needing. How can it be under a different account?
-
Yes, WWD is our registry partner that we use to sell domains.

You’re an admin on the account, but only the owner of the account and the upgrade has the ability to renew. You would have to log into that account to manage the upgrade.

Thanks Darnell.. but how do we get a pin? When I go here – https://sso.secureserver.net/login and try to view my PIN, I’m taken to a 404 Not found page.
-
Hi Darnell,
How do we gain access to the pin? Ethan needs to get access to the account ASAP! Is there a phone number we can call to speak to you directly?
Best

Hi Natalie,
When you say pin, what are you referring to? Depending on what you are referring to, we may not be the right people to assist. Let me know, thanks!
-
Darnell, when we login into secureserver.net, we are able to view our PIN. Just like how Godaddy requires a PIN. WildWestDomains is owned by Godaddy. Please see see here – http://imgur.com/a/7rV0s
When I click on View Pin, I am taken to a 404 Error page.

Hi there,
If you are referring to your official Go Daddy pin# as reference here:
https://www.godaddy.com/help/find-your-support-pin-5804
You’ll need to contact them in order to retrieve that information – we do not have any information regarding pin numbers – it’s apart of Godaddy/WWD’s system.
Hope that helps!
