Domain Registrar Transfer

  I followed all of the necessary steps to complete the switch and WordPress keeps denying my request. My domain doesn’t expire until October so there should be no holds. It’s ridiculous. I posted in the forums and have gotten no support.

  you have to contact your domain registrar and ask them to help you complate the transfer to the new registrar

  I tried that and I was directed to the forums. You can’t speak to a human at WordPress. They are the current registrar.

  We’re not denying the transfer. Our domain provider is, because privacy on your domain has not been disabled. That shouldn’t be a problem, but our domain provider insists on following a non-standard process in this regard.

  I’ve manually disabled privacy on your domain now, so if you restart the transfer at your new provider it should work.
