Domain registrar unknown- purchased through WordPress

I purchased a domain through wordpress but it is not working. It is mytiarascrooked.com. I have now renewed twice and it is still not working and I still cannot figure out who my registrar is so that I can update it to say “NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM”What do I need to do to get a refund because I have not received what I paid for after the first year? It worked the first year I purchased and every year since I cannot get the name to work or find the right answer anywhere on your forums, nor can I find a human to call or email and contact.

Did you buy the Domain MAPPING upgrade as well? It won’t work until you do. If you bought the domain through WP.com and bought the domain mapping upgrade, you do not need to change the nameservers.

It looks like you initially registered the domain mytiarascrooked.com through WordPress.com, but the domain expired a year later.
The domain is now registered through another registrar. If you check out the WHOIS link timethief gave above, you can see the current registration information for the domain. If you are the current registrant, you should contact the registrar listed there about accessing your account and changing your name servers.
