domain registrar wont release

  domain transfer registration wont work. I am transfering over to namecheap and have inputed authorization code, and it is taking more than 5 days for the domain to transfer. Who do i contact to release the domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Is this for your domain dannymillerphotography.com? It looks like you still have privacy enabled for this domain, which cannot remain in place during a transfer. You’ll need to remove it before you complete all of the steps.

  I have see this and followed the steps. I just re-submitted the trasfer. can word press release my domain?

  Hi there,

  You first need to log into your blog’s Dashboard and go to “My Upgrades.” There you can cancel your domain’s private registration:

  After you’ve done that, you’ll need to then go into your Domain Administration area to request an EPP/Authorization code be emailed to you. There are several steps to that process, which as Ash noted are documented here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

  Once that is done, assuming you have not made any changes to your contact information in the past 60 days, you should be free to transfer your domain to a new registrar using that EPP code.

  Yes. I have done all of those steps . I am now just waiting for the domain to be released. On namecheap it says “Transfer in progress – dannymillerphotography.com. is awaiting release from current registrar. No actions required, please allow up to 5 days for the transfer to complete.”
  the last time I waited 5 days, and it didnt go through. Can you please manually release it?
