  Do you have to upgrade to premium to get a domain name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t have to pay the full price of a Premium upgrade just to get a domain name. If all you want is a domain name, you can just buy that.

  Go to your Dashboard
  Click on Store Admin menu to see the price of the domain under Add a Domain section.
