  Trying to register and pay for a domain but my payment is not being processed, either by credit card or Paypal. Any idea why?

  Hi there,

  I see you were able to register malkinmoonlight.com after multiple attempts.

  The error code on the earlier attempts comes up for several possible issues, but most commonly is when the billing address details do not match those of the card and the card is rejected.

  Let me know if there was another upgrade you were attempting to purchase, I can send you an email so we can discuss the transaction details privately.

  Thanks for your response. Yes my bad. I entered the wrong expiry date on my card and my card issuer then blocked subsequent attempts to correct the problem. All is fine now!
