  I over-paid for my renewal and cannot figure out how to obtain a refund. Paid 12/23/15 Receipt ID# 15058143 $13 for Domain & Registration, and $5 for Domain Mapping ($18 total).
  01/08/16 Receipt ID# 11701092 $$13 for Domain & Registration, and $5 for Domain Mapping and $8 for Private Request ($26 total).
  Is it possible to refund Receipt ID 15058143?

  I checked your account and saw that the $26 value was charged on January 08, 2015. So, that one from December 24, 2015 was the renewal for that domain upgrade. You can check that going at:
