domain registration

  Hello, our domain name expired and I would like to know if there is a registrar that is especially good/compatible with our wordpress blog. We currently use doteasy and I’d like to switch to something else.

  Hello,

  You can use pretty much any registrar you’re comfortable with.

  Depending on how long ago your domain name expired though, it might be easier to renew with your current registrar and then transfer out to another one if you’re intent on changing registrars.

  Thanks very much.

  The domain expired about a month ago. Do you know how long it takes to transfer to another registrar?

  Ouch!

  One month means it’s probably in redemption and will be pretty expensive to renew, if you’re able to.

  It’s a really good idea to NOT let your domain name expire unless you’re absolutely sure you don’t want it anymore.
