Domain Registration

    Hi, I bought the premium plan with domain danielbirdtobin.com. Then when I went to build my site nothing was working correctly. The wordpress site was not letting me edit my site, kept crashing, and displayed all text incorrectly. When I clicked on this contact form it was just a blank grey box.

    So I canceled my plan, as I would like to build my site somewhere else. However, with everything displaying incorrectly I didn’t realize that the domain might be unable to register elsewhere. Is there anyway to get it back, so I can register it with another site?

    I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore danielbirdtobin.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

    Not a problem! I just contacted our registrar and should hear back from them within 24 hours in regards to reinstating your domain with us. I’ll keep you updated.

    I just wanted to follow up to see if there had been any word from the registrar. I totally understand they might not have gotten back to you yet. I don’t mean to rush you. I am just hopeful it all works out.

    Yes, I did hear from the registrar and they were able to reactivate your domain. So it is up and ready to go! It’s still attached to a deleted site, so let me know if you have any trouble using or transferring the site.
