Domain registration

  We no longer need web hosting as we have a new web site with a different host. We would still like to keep the domain registration with you. Please advise. thanks

  we are paying an annual fee to you for this domain registration & wish to carry on

  we have cancelled the web hosting as have set up a new website

  Thanks for confirming!

  It looks like that domain registration is under a different Administrator account (makeitmoderntimes) than the one you’re logged in with now.

  Looking at that account, that is the only upgrade on the account, so as long as they have a valid email address on file, they can manage that domain in the domain manager page. The next renewal will be in September 2022.

  You won’t have access to that page unless you’re logged in under that other Administrator account.

  You should be all set
