  how can add domain registration which no included wordpress premium annual subscription?

  Domain registration is a free credit that is available on all paid WordPress.COM plans.

  So then you upgrade your account to a premium plan, you will have a free credit to register a custom domain like example.com.

  Once upgraded, you can follow this guide to register a custom domain:
