  Hi, I bought’neredeyesek.net’ domain over this site and I was paying its annual price regularly. But because of unknown error, I think this automatic payment was stopped. Now my domain is not listed anymore under Domains section. What can I do to retake this domain?

  Hello @owgnc,

  Your domain is in redemption status (more about domain expiration here). In order to renew and bring that registration current, there is an $80 fee that must be paid. I will tag this post for staff attention so they can assist you with this.

  Hi there,

  We attempted to auto-renew your domain in March, but that renewal failed. Usually this happens if the payment is denied by the bank. We emailed you to let you know on 15 March.

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.
