  I have my current domain with google. I am wondering if I should transfer it to wordpress. My goal with the website is to have a blog and also to sell a few tshirts and eventually other products, not more than 5 or so.

  You can definitely do what you’re describing here on WordPress.com. You can transfer the domain using a Personal plan or higher by choosing the option to use a domain you already own.   For selling a few basic items, I might recommend our Premium plan to start with. It allows you to use the Simple Payments block, which allows customers to pay you through PayPal. If you find yourself needing more robust solutions for an online store, you could then upgrade to our Business plan at a pro-rated price in order to use the WooCommerce plugin.
