  Is there any way in this world I can have a domain without having to upgrade my blog? Those plans you have are incredibly expensive (As I live in Brazil and the local currency is 4.2 x dollar). Many years ago I just bought a domain and kept my free plan, but as I see it is not possible anymore through wordpress. Is there anything I can do? Please give me a suggestion.

  Currently, we only include domains as part of paid plans, but I have switched your account’s currency to BRL, which may help a bit.

  Yes, it really is cheaper now in reais. I still have a question regarding the plans, I don’t know if I can use this same topic to ask. Does the Personal plan allow me to use wordads to monetize the blog? Because by the description it seems not to be the case.

  On the Personal Plan you can apply for WordAds, as long as you also register a custom domain, but your application will only be approved once you meet the minimum traffic requirement. You can see more info about WordAds eligibility here:

  On the Premium Plan, WordAds approval is immediate, without a minimum traffic requirement.
