  I got this message and dont know what to do to get my domain to work. help please! ‘You are no longer a user on carlushiart.com and cannot manage this purchase.’

  I contacted you guys about a week ago saying that this message appears ‘You are no longer a user on carlushiart.com and cannot manage this purchase.’ on my managing my purchases and you guys resend an email verifying the account through a link but it never work. Need help please!!!! I need to get ahold of that domain asap!

  Hi there,

  The problem here is that you deleted your site in February. You then emailed us to undelete the site, but my colleague who did that never added you back as a user on the site.

  I’ve added you back now, so you’ll see the site listed under My Site again, and will be able to manage your upgrades on it.

  Help!!! My site says that I cannot purchase because of my domain being expired.
  You are no longer a user on … and cannot manage this purchase. I am trying to purchase and have updated my payment information to get the site back up ASAP.

  Please help me with my WordPress.com Personal Plan Subscription. I successfully transferred the payment however it doesn’t reflect to the domain (queue-tea.com). Thanks!
