Domain Registration

  Hi. I first purchased a domain registration. hazimjudan.com

  But then i cancelled the domain registration and ask for a refund.

  I think i misjudged the situation and made a mistakes. Can I get the domain hazimjudan.com back immediately. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  Do you want to use the domain with a site here on WordPress.com, or somewhere else?

  If you want to use it on WordPress.com, you will need a paid plan. So in that case, please upgrade your site to a paid plan, and let me know once you’ve done that and we can restore the domain.

  If you want to use the domain somewhere else, the easiest option is to just wait a few days. By the middle of next week the domain will be released, and then you’ll be able to register it directly where you want to use it.

  If you prefer to restore it immediately, I can send you a link to pay for it again, but note that you won’t be able to transfer it away from us until you’ve owned it for at least 60 days.

  Let me know what you prefer.

  Hi. I want to use the domain in wordpress.

  Actually i just realized that in order to use the domain i need to register a plan. That’s why i misjudged the situation. Im confused before but now i understand.

  If I want to restore it immediately is it i need to pay again since the refund status is also not clear. Can you just reinstated my first purchase and cancel the refund?

  Is it possible?

  We’ve already processed the refund for your original purchase. It will take a few days to process on your bank’s end before it will show there, but the funds have already left our control.

  So please go to My Site ->Upgrades ->Plans and buy the plan you want. Then let us know here and we can restore the domain.

  I’m about to log off for the day so might not see your reply here, but in that case my colleague who’s working tomorrow will see it, and will complete the process to restore your domain.

  If that is the case, i think i just wait for the domain to be release like you said before expected by the middle of next week and i will purchase again the domain.

  or

  if you can restore the domain with a new purchase link i also can do it as soon as possible.

  I cannot buy any plan right now since i have not decide on which plan yet.

  I just want the domain name at the moment.
