  I am wondering why my domain registration and premium subscription was refunded. Currently the website I have posted is not accessible and says that the domain needs to be re registered.

  Hi there!

  I just checked your WordPress.com account and noticed that you disputed the payment of C$153 with your bank/credit card company. That payment occurred on February 26, 2023, for the renewal of your domain and the WordPress.com Premium plan. Because you disputed the payment, the subscriptions were canceled, and the amount was refunded to you.

  I see that you have recently upgraded to the WordPress.com Premium plan. You still need to pay for the domain renewal, though (since the domain renewal fee was also refunded when you disputed the payment). I’ve sent a manual payment request of $19 via email (Note that the payment is in USD). Please reply here once you’ve paid, and we’ll restore the domain for you.
