Domain registration

Hi,
We were billed this morning for our domain however it was charged to a former directors PayPal account, who since did a chargeback on it. We received an email saying our subscription would therefore be cancelled and we would lose our domain in 90 days.
I have uploaded new banking details and paid the chargeback fine however am unsure how to ensure we do not lose our registration. Can you please help me find a solution for this? Our domain name is connected to our emails and it’s really important that we dont lose access to it.Thank you!
