Domain registration cancellation

    Please cancel the domain registration sydneystreetartproject.com as I have transferred it to another host.

    Hi there – While you’ve pointed your domain to a new host, it is still registered here with us and so you have to renew it every year. To transfer it altogether (so that you renew the registration with your new host every year instead of with us), please follow these instructions:

    I have already followed these instructions and received notification that my domain is now active with my new registrar.

    I want to delete my wordpress.com site altogether so I can start fresh with wordpress.org. However when I try to delete the site it tells me I can’t because the domain is still registered with you.

    When I go into the manage my domains section there is nothing listed.
