I see the domain on your site was registered by the username account projectssmith, so any request to make changes to the domain will have to come from that account. If you are supposed to be the owner of that domain, please ask the current owner to post here and request that we transfer the domain to your account, then I can help you further from there.

Thank you for responding. Yes. He requested a transfer via email. Help desk responded back that I need to update contact information. I do not know how to do that. I let them know that and haven’t received a reply. If you are still seeing him as the owner, then it has not been changed. If it has not been changed then I cannot change the contact information. I am unsure what to do from here.

I found the support ticket submitted by the other user, and it appears that he Cc’d you and you’ve been replying repeatedly to that email, pushing it to the bottom of our queue every time. That’s why no one has replied to it yet.
When contacting support, please don’t use multiple methods like forums and email, and please don’t reply to your own emails until you hear back from us. That does not get you help faster, but actually makes it take longer. This matter could have been resolved two days ago had you not kept replying to the existing support ticket.
I will complete the domain transfer and follow up with you via email. I’m closing this thread so we can keep all communication in one place.
