Domain Registration Failed

I purchased a domain last night (southwestactiongroup.com).
The domain was paid for by PayPal and I have the confirmation email from them.
When I check my purchases in the WordPress store the domain is showing as paid for.
When I go into manage my domains, it isn’t there.
If I search for the domain I see that it is still available to buy and register.I cannot seem to get a refund for the domain as it is not registered to me!
I have sent 3 emails to support in the last 24hours but have had no reply!
What is happening with my domain registration?????

You have to take the required steps to set up domain mapping and it appears you did not do that because there is no domain mapping upgrade for http://southwestactiongroup.com. I’m thinking the transaction must have failed. Sending more than one support request makes no sense because Staff work on the support tickets in order of the date and time stamps – first submitted – first served, as would be expected. If you keep sending then the dates and times move forward and it takes longer to get assistance.
