Domain Registration Fee

  I was charged $84 for a domain registration for a domain that I have not used in like forever. The email address linked to the account is no longer valid. I was not aware I was going to be billed. I had to create a new account here just to get hold of WordPress support. I would like my money refunded because I did not think the account was still active. And… I have to ask in the forums!!!!

  For what site is this? We can only cancel and refund an upgrade if it’s requested by the account that owns the upgrade. We cannot cancel an upgrade at a third party’s request under any circumstances.

You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

  We would have sent several renewal reminders prior to the renewal being processed, but we have no way of knowing if you no longer use that email.
