    A couple of different issues

    1) your domain name registration is not with WordPress.COM, it needs to be renewed with the Registrar

    2) If you are asking about Domain Mapping, you need to be logged in as the EXACT owner / account of the upgrade to renew an upgrade

    Is there another account that might have bought the upgrade originally?
