  my website is down bc I didn’t update the domain registration on time; when I go into Purchases, it’s no longer an Active Account nor do I see a Redeem Now option

  how can I update my domain registration if I don’t see it as an Active Account nor do I see a Redeem Now option?

  Once a domain expires, it goes through a series of steps and the options for getting the domain back (i.e. redeeming the domain) can be increasingly difficult (or cost more money).
