Domain Registration on WordPress.com Has Disappeared and is Un-Renewable

I purchased a domain (www.slushie.me) through Worpress.com and had it hosted with you all for a while. But then I moved the hosting to a third party. However, I was still using your domain registrar. I renewed this last year without a hitch. However, this year, I go to renew it and I am not only unable to easily find a place to renew it, but my entire history and existence on this site seems to have been erased.
There is nothing in my billing history; I have no blogs under this account; and worst of all the domain is down and unusable, costing me money.
I would greatly appreciate a helpful response as soon as possible.

You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that bought the Upgrade – is there another account you might have used to purchase the Upgrade?

There has been a bug in the renewal notification system for a while and some notices were not sent out – I turned in a ticket on it and it looks like some of the notification but not all of it has been fixed

I have also flagged this for the staff to help you

Thank you, it had occurred to me that it might have been another account, but I have never had one other than this one. I am about to go try other possible users on the off chance I could have bought it on another account.

  • Auxclass is exactly correct. That domain is not owned by the WordPress.com account that you are posting from. You must have created a second account at some point.
