Domain registration paid but not ready

Hello,
I wanted to register a domain cubalibretoulouse.com but I had a problem just after the paypal payment.
So I got the paypal mail confirmation, but I can’t find the new domain into my Dashboard (I checked Store/My Domains) and it seems that the domain wasn’t registered.I paid with the paypal account (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Can you checked my problem please ?

Dashboard >> My Upgrades
Dashboard >> Billing HistoryIf there are no charges should be safe to try and purchase it again – if there are charges that staff can credit you so you don’t pay twice – they have a real good record of making sure you are not charged extra

I checked my paypal account and the transaction is closed (paid).
But in My Upgrades : nothing.
And in My Billing history : nothing.So you suggest I try to register again ?
And if I’m charged twice, where can I join the staff ? -
I’m seeing the transaction but no domain was registered. Please try registering cubalibretoulouse.com again. I have added credits to your account so you will not need to pay for it again.

I tried to register my domain again and the site indicated me that I have a credit balance.
So it didn’t ask me to pay again and it seems to work.
I just need to wait few minutes so my new domain can be used :)Thanks a lot for your quick answer
