  Hi I cant see where or how to pay for my domain registration renewal and my site is now in the redemption period

  Looks like you’re inquiring about kidseatbyshanai.com. Is that right?

  Since redemption is a time sensitive process I’ve sent you an email with a payment form for the domain renewal. Once you’ve submitted that payment please write back to me here so I can restore the domain to the account.

  Hi I cant find the email, did you send it to (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

  Will it be from a WordPress email address?

  I think the issue is when I go to purchase on my dashboard it doesn’t show any there? So I couldnt work out how to pay for the renewal on time?

  Hi! It’s not showing any in the dashboard because it had been expired for quite a while, and was removed from the account and returned to the registrar. Now that you’ve paid the fee, we’re reaching out to them about returning the domain. We should hear back within about 1-2 business days, and we’ll update you then. Cheers!

  I don’t see any attempts to renew before. Was auto renew on? I can see it is on now at least.

  And yes you can transfer the domain if needed:

  We do also send several email reminders about domain expirations, but you do seem to get quite a bit of subscription mail, so is it possible the notifications got lost in that?
