domain registration refund
-
i decided to try out wordpress and was reassured that i could get a refund if i wasn’t happy with it. the site offered a ‘free’ domain registration, and did not clarify that if i cancelled my subscription, the cost of the domain registration would be deducted from my refund. if that had been clear, i would not have registered it in the first place. i just cancelled my subscription and cancelled the registration, and it would be great if i could have a refund for $26 because i do not and never did want to pay for it.

Hi carriemacphersonstorytelling,
I’ve just refunded the remaining $26 — your plan has now been refunded in full. You can view a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show up on your statement.
Come back to me if you have any questions.
