Domain Registration Refund

    Hi,

    I cancelled my subscription for domain and premium upgrade on
    25 Jul 2020. As mentioned in the cancellation email by WordPress it would take 7-10 working days to refund the payment but I haven’t received it as of yet for https://evenexpressions.wordpress.com.

    The amount was 78$ for premium upgrade and 18$ for the domain cancellation, total sum for the same was 96$.

    If you can kindly look into this and let me know the status for the same I will be forever grateful.

    Hi there,

    As you mentioned, we processed the refund back to you on 7/25 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take slightly longer. Please reach out to your bank and let us know what you find out.
