domain registration renewal

    I really need a staff person from WordPress to contact me. Last night I posted a request for help on renewing our domain name. I never received the renewal request because it went to the old email address of my predecessor, and our webmaster had set up an automatic reply to any incoming email that the person they were trying to reach had left and to contact me at a new email address. Apparently, our website started with a WordPress blog and then was later transferred to Wild West domains. I called Wild West domains last night and they said I had to contact WordPress in order to pay for and renew our domain name which apparently expired on August 1st. I believe we’re still in the redemption period, so could someone tell me how to get a moderator/staff reply for my question?
