Domain Registration upgrade cancelled – refund not received

  Hi,

  I canceled a Domain Registration upgrade but I didn’t receive the refunt till now. Could you please check the status of my refund request?

  Hi there!

  Domains must be cancelled within 48 hours of registration to receive a refund. The reason for this is because they are pulled from a registry for a full year. I’ve processed an additional $26 refund as a courtesy for the domain cancellations on your account.
