Domain registration vs premium plan

If I paid WordPress for domain registration, do I also have a premium plan? Or are they separate?

I have a valid wordpress domain registration, but I don’t know whether that means I automatically have a valid premium plan. I had a business plan that expired, but since my domain has not expired I didn’t know whether I still have a premium plan or whether I have to buy that separately now to get livechat and premium themes.
