Domain Related Issues

    My domain is http://www.globalknowledgecorp.com , I am hosting it through bigrock.in and was using wordpress . I recently renewed my domain name and after that I am unable to use and see the website , it says issue in Domain mapping . Now how can i proceed and use my website . Please help

    Good Morning – Please verify that you are logged in to the account that originally set up the Domain Mapping for globalknowledgecorp.com. You will only be able to successfully renew the domain mapping from that account. Once you are logged in correctly, navigate to Manage Purchases, there you will find the option to renew.

    If you are receiving an error message when you try to renew your Domain Mapping upgrade please copy+paste it here.

    Each WordPress.com user account requires a unique email address. If you have more than 1 email address, try logging in using those alternate email addresses. For help recovering your login please visit Account Recovery.
