  I have a domain which I purchased through GoDaddy.
  I want to add up to my blogging site but it shows that for mapping I’ll have to wait for over 56 days or either I’ll have to upgrade to premium plan of Rs 4200 (INR).
  Please help me with it because I cannot afford too much and even I want to monetize my blogs.

  You will only have to wait 56 days to transfer the domain. You can map the domain right now, but to do that with WordPress.com, you must purchase a paid plan:

  http://wordpress.com/plans
