  Hello, I had a Namecheap domain mapped to my wordpress site which I did not find to my suiting so decided to change. I cancelled the domain map and switched over to another service.

  I am now trying to map the domain to the new service but everytime i put my URL in, it says that i need to purchase a domain plan and takes me to WordPress? I have tried to change all DNS settings and such but the problem persists.

  To clarify, I would live the domain sanzdangol.com unmapped from my wordpress, so I can use it on another service, please.

  The domain mapping upgrade for sanzdangol.com has already been cancelled.

  I see you have now pointed the domain to another host — name server changes can take up to 48 hours to fully update so don’t worry if the domain doesn’t work as expected straight away. It could also be worth clearing your browser cache:

  Browsers sometimes store old DNS but clearing your cache should help flush that information out.
