Domain remapping issues

I received this email from sitebuilderDIY when asking how to map my parent’s domain to wordpress.com.
As you are moving away from SiteBuilder you will need to transfer your domain to your new provider for them to manage or into your own account so you can manage it and point it at your new site. You will need to send us the IPS tag of your new registrar and we will then have it retagged so you can transfer it.
I didn’t think your registrar changed- for example I am with 123-reg (designerhappy.com) and I just changed the nameserver to yours and its done.
We seem to have emails from ENOM and Fashosts in the past but when logging in to fast hosts it says we don’t have a domain with them and ENOM doesn’t show an account for us to log in to :(
I don’t understand at all.

The registrar listed for designerhappy.com is http://www.webfusion.com/
I recommend getting in touch with them, but as they are a registrar, you should be able to keep the domain with them and just follow this guide to map it here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

eNom is the registrar for that domain, but the reseller who sold you the domain on behalf of eNom is http://www.enigma-interactive.co.uk/
As a registrar, they should also allow you to change your name servers so you can direct it to us. If now, they should at least allow you to transfer to another registrar who can.
