Domain Remapping refund

  I was experiment with wordpress, and I think I just got a little confused with what I was doing. I purchased the domain remapping but I did not have the domain to remap, so the purchase was obviously pointless.. I saw that there was a 48 hour refund window, but I was unable to find anything that could lead me to it, so is there a way I can get refunded the $13.00?

  I cancelled the domain, because I didn’t want the fee, but since I cancelled it, it won’t allow me to request a refund… can you please resolve this?
