Domain Remapping -> Server Not Found

    I started a blog recently. It was golfbrains.wordpress.com

    I wanted to get rid of “wordpress” from the address but someone already registered golfbrains.com

    So I changed my blog to golfbrainz.wordpress.com and registered golfbrainz.com through WordPress.

    Everything appears correct on Dashboard -> Settings -> Domains. golfbrainz.com appears as “primary” and golfbrainz.wordpress.com appears also. When I type these addresses (I’ve tried both) into browser and even when I follow the links from the Domains page I get “problem loading page” “server not found”

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    UPDATE: so maybe it just took some time for the new domains to get remapped because they’re now working

    NEW QUESTION: everything on my blog now reads “golfbrainz” with the exception of the About link with reads “About GolfBrains.” Can I change this to golfbrainz?

    If you mean the title of the blog, that’s under Settings > General.

    I suggest you also update the blog linked to your username; that’s under Users > Settings > Website
