Domain Removed, Cannot Log Into Website

    Hi there.

    I had a WordPress site built but later moved the domain (www.madebymsk.com) to a Squarespace site. Now, because there’s no domain on this wordpress site, I cannot log in to the admin at all. I’m wondering how to rectify this. Is there any way I can change the wordpress domain to the stock madebymsk.wordpress.com domain? If so, how?

    Hi Matthew,

    madebymsk.com is not registered or hosted with us – that domain has never been used for any site hosted on WordPress.com.

    That domain is registered and hosted at Bluehost.com, so if you were using WordPress on that domain, it was the open source WordPress.org software.

    You see that domain in your WordPress.com account, because you had that site connected here via a plugin called Jetpack, and that Jetpack connection still exists. If you want, I can remove that connection for you, but otherwise we have absolutely no control over your site or your domain.

    Please contact Bluehost support directly for help with that domain.
