  Hello, how can I renew this site domain? (not able to find a renew section)

  Hi M. Chiarello,

  Do you want to renew marcellochiarello.com? I can see you cancelled this domain and deleted the site it was attached to, back in April. The good news is, the domain is currently parked with us and can be restored.

  It would be great if you could confirm whether this is the domain you are referring to and whether you wish to use it for a new site on WordPress.com? Or whether you are looking to restore the domain and transfer it to another host?

  Once I know for sure, we can look at the next steps.

  Just to confirm, what site/domain are you enquiring about?

  As a rule, it is never a good idea to let a domain expire if you plan on continue using it. I suggest you read the following support document carefully and see what you can do. Once you have read that, but are still not sure about what to do, feel free to write back here.

  Thanks for your reply. Yes, the domain is correct. I would like to restore and use it for another site on the wordpress platform.

  Hi –

  I can see that you’ve since deleted the user account. We can still help. But, the first thing we need to do, is get that account reactivated.

  When the account deletion was processed we sent an email your way. Please write back to that email directly noting that the deletion was accidental and that you need the account still. Let me know once you’ve sent that email in and we will get to work on setting things back up.
