Domain renew

  I have received a notification about the domain renew and gsuite renew and I don’t know how to do that ? Last year it was easy, but today I can’t find the renew button. Please help!

  Hi there, is it possible you need to be logged in with a different username account than the one you are using to post here to our forums?

  Once you are logged in with the correct account you should see these renewals at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and for assistance, you’ll have direct support.

  If you are logged in with the correct username account, please let us know which domain you are trying to renew.

  Hi there!

  As @justjennifer mentioned, you are likely logged into a different account.
  Have a look at the email address to which the notification about the renewal has been sent. Use that address to log in. If you don’t remember the password, you can reset it from here:
