Domain renew error

  I try to purchase the renew of my domain but wordpress brings me always back to my personal page of my account. It dosen’t work either if I try to click directly to the button that says renew your expired domain. Thank you in advance for the help.

  What is the domain URL?
  What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

  Hi there,

  What domain would you like to renew? I can’t see any domain upgrades on your account and so it’s likely the domain is registered somewhere else. I can just see this blog – https://tommasonatale.wordpress.com – which hasn’t been updated for a few years now.
