Domain renew not working.

    Hi,
    I’ve had an email to say that my domain needs renewing, but when I try to do so, I keep getting a message telling me to enter my first name. My first name is there already, but re-entering makes no difference. I’ve also tried entering details for a different credit card, and using a different Web browser, but no luck.

    I don’t know if this is relevant, but I moved my blog from WP.com to WP.org a few months ago (or rather I paid WordPress to do so because I have no IT skills at all). I did originally post this in the .org forums for that reason, but they sent me here.

    Any wisdom or advice please?

    Please please please can anyone help? I’m getting very close to the deadline for renewal, and the problem is still there.
