Domain Renewal

  I need to renew a domain I have registered with WordPress.com

  The domain I need to re-register is: http://www.thegreatcat.org

  I understand that to do this I need to:

  Go to Store → Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

  When I go to the store, I cannot find an option for domains in my blog’s dashboard?

  Additionally, I cannot even find my blog’s dashboard? I have this domain url address transferred to another site, http://www.thegreatcatblog.com which is set up on wordpress.org. I don’t post through wordpress.com.

  Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

  More information that may be useful in helping me solve this problem:

  1. Orginally, I set up thegreatcat.wordpress.com

  2. Then I got a custom url: thegreatcat.org, as the primary domain for thegreatcat.wordpress.com.

  3. Eventually I set up a site: http://www.thegreatcatblog.com via WordPress.org and redirected the wp.com site to this account.

  So if someone tries to go to http://www.thegreatcat.org they are automatically directed to http://www.thegreatcatblog.com

  I have been sent an email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) saying I can go here to change things:

  http://thegreatcat.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=domain-options

  When I go to this link I am denied access.

  I have replied to this email about my problem but have not received a response yet.

  Also, I have tried to go to my dashboard but whenever I do, I am told that the page does not exist.

  I would really like to get this situation resolved.

  Again, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
