Domain renewal

Hi there,
I received a message over a month ago saying my domain name http://www.lucyyoungmakeup.com needed to be renewed. I did this via the link and paid for it but it appears to have run out! I have change the domain name over to lucyyoungmakeup.wordpress.com whilst this issue is resolved.
I now seem unable to click on the links to renew my domain. I’m very confused. Please help. And the support link isn’t working??!

Sorry yes I am – in the meantime whilst I try to get the .com back I have transferred it to .co.uk. – I would still like to get the domain name Lucyyoungmakeup.com back!

Did you purchase http://www.lucyyoungmakeup.com through WordPress.com?
http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/register-domain/Or did you purchase a domain mapping upgrade from WordPress.com for that domain, which you already purchased somewhere other than through WordPress.com?

What is/was the URL of the underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain blog you were domain mapping from to that domain? -

When we buy a domain mapping upgrade from WordPress.com we have a blog. We then het a domain.
What is the URL http:// whatever.wordpress.com blog you purchased the domain for and had it mapped to? -
The original name of the page was http;//lucyyoungmakeup.wordpress.com. I bought http://www.lucyyoungmakeup.com through wordpress and this is what the site has been for the past year. I needed to upgrade this domain name http://www.lucyyoungmakeup.com which I did last month but it is still telling me it needs to be renewed (infact run out). I’m guessing my payment didn’t go through or something but I need to get back the http://www.lucyyoungmakeup.com address.

Hello, i have kind of same problem – but mine is worse :(
I missed the date and the domain expired two months ago, so it is closed now. How can I renew it, if it says “contact support”. but support is not working even if it is already 7th of March… the domain was draudimoekspertas.com i purchased it through wordpress.com as well. -

Just to be clear you no longer own a domain that you allowed to expire. There is a grace period but when a domain expires the Registar owns it, and may or may not choose to make it available for purchase. If it has not been resold, then you may be able to purchase it again but there is no guarateee, and there may be a redemption fee in addition to the domain mapping renewal charge. The bottom libe is that you must provide all your details to Staff in a support ticket and the support link has been reactivated. -
