Domain renewal

Hello! I received my annual notice to renew my domain. I thought I had it set to auto-renew, but wanted to login and check it was set up. When I clicked on the link from the email, it says I have no active upgrades or purchases. This is quite confusing. I need help with ensuring my domain will renew and that I will be able to maintain control of my site.

I note that your domain was purchased through WordPress.com but is currently hosted on BlueHost.

@lindsayliving – the domain was purchased under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re logged into now.
Log out of this account and into the correct one and you’ll be able to see and manage your domain.
