Domain renewal

I’m trying to renew my domain. No matter whether I select Paypal, or choose credit card and fill it all out, once I hit submit, it just goes back to the same page. No connection to Paypal. No credit card processing. What the hell?

That’s rather odd. Would you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?

I have now tried both options on all four browsers on two machines. I get the same result in every scenario. Please, I just want to renew my domain.

Let me be clear.
I have cleared cache and cookies, nuking everything on two different machines, four different browsers. Same result.
I then went around the office and tried on several machines I have never touched before. Same result.
So either:
A. I’m doing it wrong
B. You’re doing it wrongHere is my step by step:
1. Choose Store > Domains from within my Dashboard
2. Click Manage Domain Subscriptions
3. Click the Renew Now button
4. Choose Credit Card OR Paypal
5. Click Purchase after following the appropriate processPage refreshes, highlighting Status: Expiring in RED. I get that. I understand it’s expiring. That is why I am trying to renew.
Please, no more “Clear your cache” nonsense when I’ve already stated this in two answers. I’m not a noob at this type of thing.
I require direct assistance with renewing my domain subscription please. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Hm, ok then. The domain won’t expire until May, so at least we have some time to figure this out.
I’m wondering if something in your office may be blocking PayPal. That has happened once before that I can remember.
Have you tried from home?

I have tried from two different machines at home, all four standard browsers.
Never had issues with WordPress in the past, so I am very curious.
I believe, according to the email, that the domain freezes on April 14th, but will not actually expire until May 14th. I would like to avoid an interrupt for my readers if possible.

I even tried from iPad and my iPhone, both in wifi at work, home, and 3G abroad. I never really mention this as often things refuse to work properly on those platforms anyway. :P

If auto-renew were enabled, it would renew on April 14, but the domain doesn’t actually need to be renewed until May 14.
Can you tell us which browser (and version of) you’re using at home?

I’m on Win 7 Pro on one machine, using: Firefox 9, IE 9, Chrome 10, Safari 4.
My other machine is a MacBook Pro using Firefox 9, Safari 4, Chrome 10

Some of those browsers are out of date. To make sure that we’ve covered all the bases, would you please update to the current releases?
Firefox 11, Chrome 18, and Safari 5.1

Ok, I’ve updated to Chrome 18.0.1025.142
I’ve cleared my cache and my cookies completely.
The issue persists.

Hm, that’s no good.
Are you trying this all at home or elsewhere? We have heard reports of some offices blocking access to the PayPal API call.

I have tried at work, at home, using the credit card option and the paypal option.
The page ALWAYS refreshes.

One of the folks from our store team was able to reproduce the problem, so they’re working on a fix.
