Domain renewal

  I realized that my domain was automatically renewed without my notice in last October.

  I only learned that now and realized that it is too late to get a refund for this.

  (or is there a way?)

  But let alone this year, I want to make sure this doesn’t happen agian next year.

  How can I make sure that the domain will not automatically renew next year?

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> Make sure that auto renew is not enabled

  You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns the upgrade
