Domain Renewal

  The site that I manage has a domain that is up for renewal. The domain was made through upgrading on wordpress.com site. The person who originally owned the domain and wordpress site requested ownership of the wordpress site to me. I am still not able to renew.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The upgrade needs to be transferred to you for you to renew it – I think that domain registration might need staff help to transfer it – if you can have the upgrade owner log into this thread and request the upgrades to be transferred to you the staff can make the transfers for you – please have the owner use small and very clear words and instructions to help the staff get the move the first time

  After looking into your account, I found that the domain: pedalpushersracing.com was transferred into the account under the username: ncoll01s.

  You can renew it by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard!
