Domain Renewal

  I am an idiot. I didn’t update my credit card info and now my domain has expired. I didn’t notice that it had expired until people said they had trouble emailing me (see I am an idiot). I have messaged support (it said to do so in my upgrades/billing/account area, beyond grace period) and haven’t received a response yet. I know about they various periods of renewal now, but since mine expired in December is there any easy way to get it renewed? Yes I am an idiot, just need help! Thanks in advance for any assistance.

  Your domain name is in Redemption, you need staff help, I have flagged this for the staff to help you.

  Please be patient – staff work requests from oldest to newest
